YOU MUST HAVE A PICTURE OF YOURSELF IN YOUR PROFILE TO COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS

 

If you do not have a picture, you will be suspended from using RideCo until it is updated. 

 

How to update your profile picture

Follow these instruction to update your RideCo Partner Profile Picture in the RideCo Partner App. 

 

Step 1:

Login to the App and go to the Menu


Step 2:

Edit your RideCo Partner Profile by tapping the pencil as shown below


Step 3:

Tap on Take Picture and take a photo of yourself, then choose crop to make it square and finally tap DONE.

After this you will return to the previous screen where you must tap on SAVE. 


Step 4:

Tap on the Menu button again and tap My Itineraries and you can return to working or simply exit the app.
